How long will my order take to ship?
Ready to ship items will ship within 5 business days of purchase. Made to order items will ship in 7-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available for orders $85USD or more with code FREESHIP. Valid on addresses in the US and Canada. Please see shipping policies for more details.
Are your products made in a smoke free/pet free environment?
All products are made in a smoke free, golden doodle friendly environment.
Can I make a change to my order?
Due to the custom nature of all products, once an order is placed I am unable to make any changes. Please check your cart for accuracy before completing your purchase.
Do you take custom orders?
At this time, we do not take custom orders.
What is the return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are final sale. Please contact us if your order is inaccurate or damaged upon arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot cancel an order once it is confirmed.
