How long will my order take to ship?

Ready to ship items will ship within 5 business days of purchase. Made to order items will have their processing times listed within the product listing. Processing times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping to the US and Canada on all orders $100 USD or more! The discount will automatically be applied once $100 USD threshold is met. Current free shipping promotion CAN be combined with your favorite rep’s 10% off code but the total must be $100 USD after discount code is applied. Free shipping promotion excludes orders with more than $19 USD of shipping charges. 

Are your products made in a smoke free/pet free environment?

All products are made in a smoke free, golden doodle friendly environment.

Can I make a change to my order?

Due to the custom nature of all products, once an order is placed I am unable to make any changes. Please check your cart for accuracy before completing your purchase. 

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, we only take custom orders for bulk orders. Please fill out the form here if you are interested. 

What is the return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are final sale. Please contact us if your order is inaccurate or damaged upon arrival. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot cancel an order once it is confirmed.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes we do! If you are interested in a wholesale order, please send us a detailed message with your needs. All products with the exception of ears are available via wholesale. Different products do have different wholesale minimums and we will do our best to accommodate you! Rewards and Loyalty Program

  • You must create an account and be signed it to receive Gingerbread Cookies and redeem rewards.
  • Reward Redemptions can not be combined with coupon codes
