Shipping policy
Important information regarding orders to the US: our products currently ship duty/tariff free under CUSMA/USMCA. Your flat rate shipping covers all shipping costs, processing fees, brokerage fees & insurance.
The tariff situation is ever changing but for now we are able to continue shipping duty free.
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Occasionally we do have an extended processing time which will be announced in our header. Made to order items and pre-order items have processing times listed on their individual listings. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
In most cases, all orders will be delivered via Canada Post or USPS with tracking. In some circumstances, we may ship your order via a different carrier of our choosing.
For orders outside of the US and Canada, we currently utilize Canada Post or Chit Chats.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping
For orders within Canada, we offer a $5 CAD flat rate on all orders $50 or more! This will be shipped via Canada Post or Chit Chats.
For orders within Canada, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders $90 or more! This will be shipped via Canada Post or Chit Chats. There is no coupon code needed for this discount.
For US orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders $70 USD or more with code FREESHIPUS. Code MUST be entered for free shipping. Cannot be combined with other discounts or coupon codes. USPS tracking number provided.
Some pre-orders may not be eligible for free shipping or discounted shipping.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you are interested in shopping from a different country, please send us an email at info@gingerbreadcouture so we can check and see if we are able to ship to you!
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gingerbread Couture is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Important-Lost Packages and Damages
I am not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages or delays caused by the postal carrier.
If your item arrives damaged you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
If you believe your package may be lost in the mail, please contact me and we will work together on a solution. Once an item is dropped off at the postal carrier, I do not have control over how long it takes to arrive at the destination.
For packages marked as delivered-if your package has been marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact your local post office for information regarding your package. Gingerbread Couture cannot be held accountable if the tracking information indicates delivery.
Item Returned To Sender: If an item is returned to me due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs. Please double check your address before checking out.
Combined Shipping
We do not offer combined shipping on multiple orders. Please place a singular order to avoid multiple packages.
