Pumpkin King Tulle Scrunchie

One (1) large double layer tulle scrunchie. Outer layer is tulle and inner layer is satin. Satin layer is about the size of standard scrunchie. Placement of characters may vary on individual scrunchies. 

Tulle scrunchies have visible stitch on the outside.
